Rating (1-5) relative to the type of restaurant, so if you see an indian restaurant rated 5 it means it's the best indian restaurant in Montreal, or you could have a junk food place rated 5 (it only means it is the best junk food place in town) but it is maybe not as "prestigious" as a french restaurant rated 5.
